Segula for Parnassah on Tuesday of Parashat Beshalach
The great Mekubal Gaon Rabbi Chaim Palaggi (may his merit protect us) left behind many rare segulot. One of them—a «segula meyuchadet» (special segula)—was shared with our website by the students of the «Yodei Binah» Yeshivah.
One should purchase white wine and, on Tuesday of the week of Parashat «Beshalach», place it in the Aron HaKodesh beside the Torah scrolls. Upon opening the sealed bottle directly at the Aron HaKodesh, one should recite: «Kemo she-ani pote'ach et ha-yayin ha-zeh—yipate'ach ha-parnassah le... (name)»—(just as I am opening this bottle of wine, so too may the parnassah of (name) be opened).
Then seal the bottle with its cork, place it beside the Torah scrolls, and recite 7 times the pasuk from Beshalach (16:33):
«Vayomer Moshe el-Aharon kach tzintzenet achat veten-shamah melo ha-omer man vehanah oto lifnei Ado-nai lemishmeret ledoroteichem. Ka'asher tzivah Ado-nai el-Moshe vayanichehu Aharon lifnei ha-edut lemishmeret»—
(And Moshe said to Aharon: Take one vessel and place there a full omer of manna, and set it before G-d as a keepsake for your generations. As G-d commanded Moshe, Aharon placed it before the Testimony as a keepsake.)
The bottle should remain in the Aron HaKodesh for 3 days—and on Yom Shishi (Thursday evening—exactly on the third day), it should be taken out and brought home, so that Kiddush can be recited over this wine during the first Shabbat seudah.
If any wine remains, Kiddush may also be recited over it during the following meals.
This is a tried-and-tested segula—one of those described as «baduk u-menuseh» (verified and proven).
