This prayer was composed by the great Mekubal—Baal Hasagah (the one who attains), Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Be'eri—
This prayer should be recited daily. It is the primary Tikkun of our generation: to pray for deliverance from Sinat Chinam—the cause of the destruction of both Temples—and a means of bringing the Geulah closer.
It expresses the essence of the principal challenges facing our people.
The rabbi says that it is precisely through unity and love for every Jew that we will merit the complete Geulah.
Whoever recites this prayer daily will always have blessing upon him and his entire family!
It is best to recite the prayer in Hebrew or in transliteration.
If even this is difficult, read it in translation and then move on to Hebrew.
