The prayer of the Ben Ish Chai for the close of Rosh Hashanah, from the book “Lashon Chachamim” (part 1, siman 15).
The Ben Ish Chai writes in Sefer “Lashon Chachamim” that this Seder Pesukim should be said at the close of Rosh Hashanah as a good sign. For the 3rd of Tishrei is the beginning of the days of action (the working days of the year) for the whole year.
Since the day after Rosh Hashanah is the Fast of Gedaliah, it is good to say this prayer at an Et Ratzon (between Mincha Gedolah and Mincha Ketanah in the Zmanim apps).

Translation
(Our G-d and G-d of our fathers! With a good sign and with good mazal, begin for us the days of this year that are coming towards us — for a good life and for peace. May they all be blessed, good, rectified and cleansed of every sin, iniquity and transgression. May we cleave to the study of Torah for its own sake and to good deeds; let us hear joy and gladness in them and receive good tidings, and let no envy of any person rise in our hearts.
Our King and our G-d! Send blessing, success and plenty into all the work of our hands. And whoever devises good counsel and good thoughts for us and for Your people, the House of Israel — strengthen him, bless him, make him great, sustain him, and fulfil his counsel.
As it is said: “…and fulfil all thy counsel.” And it is said: “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee, And light shall shine upon thy ways.”
And whoever devises counsel that is not good and thoughts that are not good against us and against Your people, the House of Israel — destroy him, nullify him, cut him down, thwart him; thwart his counsel.
As it is said: “The L-rd bringeth the counsel of the nations to nought; He maketh the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.” And it is said: “Take counsel together, and it shall be brought to nought; Speak the word, and it shall not stand; For G-d is with us.”
And may the L-rd our G-d open for us, in this month and in every month, every week, every day, every hour and throughout this whole year, the gates of light, the gates of love… up to the gates of salvation.
And it is said: “And let these my words, wherewith I have made supplication before the L-rd, be nigh unto the L-rd our G-d day and night, that He maintain the cause of His servant, and the cause of His people Israel, as every day shall require; that all the peoples of the earth may know that the L-rd, He is G-d; there is none else.”)
