Tefilah Al Ha-Shalom - a prayer for peace by Rabbeinu Chida (the mekubal Rabbi Yosef David Azulai), which he included in his sefer "Kaf Achat".   תפילה על השלום יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְפָנֶיךְ, יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ וִאלהֵי אבוֹתֵינוּ, אָב הָרַחֲמָן, שֶׁתִּתְמַלֵּא רַחֲמִים עָלֵינוּ וְעַל יוֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ הַזו וְכָל גְבוּלָהּ, וְתַצִילֵנוּ מִמִּלְחָמָה וּמִמָּצוֹר וּמִשְׁבִי וּמִבְּזָה, וְתַרְחִיק גְיָסוֹת הָאוֹיְבִים מִכָּל גְּבוּל אַרְצֵנוּ. וְהָאוֹיְבִים אֲשֶׁר בְּקִרְבֵּנוּ, תַּכְנִיעֵם וְתַשְׁפִילֶם וְתָפַר עֲצָתָם, וְתַצִּילֵנוּ מִכַּף כָּל אוֹיֵב וְאוֹרֵב וְשׁוֹלֵל וּבוֹזֵז, תִּפּל עָלֵיהֶם אֵימָתָה וָפַחַד, וְכָל צִדְקוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל ותלמוּד תּוֹרָה אֲשֶׁר עָשׂוּ ולמדוּ בְאַרְצֵנוּ, יִזָכְרוּ לפנֵי כְסֵא רַחֲמֶיךְ, וּתְבַטֵל מֵעָלֵינוּ וּמֵעַל יִשְׂרָאֵל כָּל גְזֵרוֹת קָשׁוֹת וְרָעוֹת, וְתָחוֹ עָלֵינוּ ועליהֶם מֵאוֹצַר מַתְּנַת מְנָם כְּכָל צִדְקוֹתֶיךָ. וְתַצִילֵנוּ מִכָּל רָעָב וְיֹקֶר הַשְׁעָרִים. אֵל מָלֵא רַחֲמִים, תֵּן שָׁלום בָּאָרֶץ, תֵּן שָׁלֹוֹם בַּמַלְכוּיוֹת, וּבְצֵל כְּנָפֶיךָ תַּסְתִּירֵנוּ. עָזְרֵנוּ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעֵנוּ עַל דְּבַר כְּבוֹד שְׁמֶךְ. וְהַצִילֵנוּ וְכַפֶּר עַל חַטאתֵינוּ לְמַעַן שְׁמֶךְ. רַחוּם, חַנוּן, שׁוֹמֵר, תּוֹמֵךְ, מַצִיל, יָשָׁר, פּוֹדֶה, הַצְלֵנוּ מִכָּל צָרָה וְטֵרוּף וּבִלְבּוּל. עֲשֵׂה לְמַעַן שְׁמֶךְ, עֲשֵׂה לְמַעַן יְמִינֶךְ, עֲשֵׂה לְמַעַן תּוֹרָתֵךְ, עֲשֵׂה לְמַעַן קְדֶשָׁפֶךְ. יִהְיוּ לְרָצוֹן אִמְרֵי פִי וְהֶגְיוֹן לִבִּי לְפָנֶיךְ, יְיָ צוּרי וְגַאֲלִי.   Tefilah Al Ha-Shalom Yehi ratzon milfanecha, Adonai Eloheinu ve-Elohei Avoteinu, Av harachaman, shetitmale rachamim aleinu ve-al yoshvei ha-aretz hazot vechol gevulah, vetatzilenu mi-milchamah u-mi-matzor u-mi-shevi u-mi-bezah. Vetarchik ge-yasot ha-oyevim mikol gevul artzenu. Veha-oyevim asher bekirbenu, tachni'em vetashpilem vetafeir atzatam vetatzilenu mikaf kol oyev ve-orev vesholel u-vozez, tipol aleihem eimah vafachad. Vechol tzidkot Yisrael vetalmud Torah asher asu velamdu ve-artzenu, yizacheru lifnei kisei rachamecha, u-tevatel me-aleinu u-me-al Yisrael kol gezerot kashot vera'ot, vetachon aleinu ve-aleihem me-otzar matnat chinam kechol tzidkotecha. Vetatzilenu mikol ra'av veyoker hashe'arim. El male rachamim, ten shalom ba-aretz, ten shalom ba-mamlachot, u-vetzel kenafecha tastirenu. Azrenu Elohei yisheinu al devar kevod Shmecha ve-hatzilenu ve-chaper al chatoteinu lema'an Shmecha. Rachum, chanun, shomer, tomech, matzil, yashar, podeh, atzilenu mikol tzarah veteref u-vilbul. Asei lema'an Shmecha, asei lema'an yeminecha, asei lema'an Toratecha, asei lema'an kedushatecha. Yihyu leratzon imrei fi vehegyon libi lefanecha, Adonai tzuri vego'ali.   Translation May it be Your will, O L-rd our G-d and G-d of our fathers, compassionate Father, to have mercy upon us and upon the inhabitants of this land and all its borders. Save us from war, from siege, from captivity, and from plunder, and drive the enemy armies far from all the borders of our land. As for the enemies who are among us, subdue them, humble them, and frustrate their plans; save us from the hands of every enemy, ambusher, adversary, and plunderer, and bring terror and fear upon them. May all the acts of kindness of Israel and the Torah learning that they have performed and studied in our land be remembered before the Throne of Your mercy. Nullify all harsh and evil decrees against us and against all Israel, and shower mercy upon us and upon them from the treasury of Your gratuitous gifts, in accordance with all Your kindnesses. Save us from famine and the high cost of living. G-d, full of mercy! Grant peace in the land, grant peace among the kingdoms, and shelter us beneath the shadow of Your wings. Help us, G-d of our salvation, for the sake of the glory of Your Name; save us and atone for our sins for the sake of Your Name. Compassionate, gracious, protective, supportive, saving, upright, redeeming! Save us from every trouble, derangement, and confusion. Do this for the sake of Your Name; do this for the sake of Your right hand; do this for the sake of Your Torah; do this for the sake of Your holiness. May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable before You, O L-rd, my Rock and my Redeemer.   Then Tehillim 20 and 91 should be recited.
