A Prayer for Forgiving Wrongs – A Segula for Healing
The Gaon, Rav Yanuka, offers an extraordinary segula and teaches that if you recite this prayer—“The Prayer for Forgiving Wrongs”—every day, no illness or misfortune will be able to come near you or cause you suffering.
Protect yourself through this wondrous prayer. It is beneficial to undertake its recitation for a specific period—40 days, until Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and so on.

Translation
Master of the universe,
I forgive and release every member of the Jewish people—men and women, young and old—who has sinned against me: regarding my money, my body, or my honor, whether accidentally or knowingly, under duress or willingly, in this incarnation or in other incarnations. I forgive them completely, from this moment and forever, and may no one be punished because of me. Place this in the hearts of the living, and may those who have departed this world—if I caused harm to their property, body, or honor—forgive me completely. May there be no resentment against me, Heaven forbid, either from the living or from those who have departed this world. Rather, may I receive complete and perfect forgiveness from all created beings and from You, Blessed One, Creator and Maker of all.
May it be Your will that all my sins, iniquities, and transgressions be erased—not through suffering or serious illness, but through Your mercy and kindness, and through the love with which I return to You. May everything be transformed into merit for me.
May it be Your will that Your Name be magnified and sanctified in Your world, that You have nachat ruach, that redemption come swiftly and soon, and that there be peace in Your world.
He Who makes peace in His high places, may He in His mercy make peace for us and for all Israel. Amen.
