3. After reciting Tehillim, recite the prayer “Acheinu kol Beit Yisrael” (Our brothers, the entire House of Israel)
“Acheinu kol Beit Yisrael, ha-netunim be-tzarah u-ve-shivyah, ha-omdim bein ba-yam u-vein ba-yabashah, HaMakom yerachem aleihem ve-yotzi'em mi-tzarah li-revach, u-me-afelah le-orah, u-mi-shibud li-ge'ulah, hashta ba'agala u-vizman kariv, ve-nomar amen.”
(Our brothers, the entire House of Israel, who are in distress and captivity, wherever you may be, at sea or on dry land—may HaMakom have mercy on you and bring you from distress to relief, from darkness to light, and from bondage to redemption, speedily and soon, and let us say: Amen!)
