"Refuah Shleimah Min HaShamayim" and the 100 Blessings of David HaMelech

"Refuah Shleimah Min HaShamayim" - the hidden meaning of the phrase

The traditional blessing for the sick (recited right after the Torah reading, on Shabbat or on weekdays) includes the well-known phrase: "Refuah Shleimah Min HaShamayim" - (a complete recovery from Heaven). This is not a simple phrase, and when saying it, it is worthwhile to picture its letters - and here is why. The gematria of the phrase "Refuah Shleimah Min HaShamayim" - רְפוּאָה שְׁלֵמָה מִן הַשָׁמַיִם - (a complete recovery from Heaven) - is the double square of the number 24 - (1152 = 2 ∙ 24²). In Kabbalah, the number 24 is connected to the attribute of judgment, which this phrase sweetens. Doubling the square of 24 signifies a doubling of that sweetening power. The average value of each word is 288 (1152:4), which relates to the 288 (רפח) sparks of holiness - "rapach nitzotzot" - that fell into the klipot as a result of the shattering of the vessels. The gematria of the word "rofeh" (physician/healer) = 288 (with the kollel). The Arizal teaches that the number 288 is encoded in the Amidah in the blessing "Refaeinu". The first letters of the words "Rofeh Cholei Amo Yisrael" (Who heals the sick of His people Israel) also = 288. All the illnesses of the people of Israel come from those 288 particles that Adam HaRishon lost, which fell under the power of the sitra achra (impure forces), which in turn draw sustenance from the holiness of these particles - and that is why the people of Israel become ill. And when we pray, we ask that these 288 sparks of holiness be purified - and that the impurity depart from them. And then there will be neither illness nor death. 1) The sum of the numerical values of the first letters of the phrase ר ש מ ה - רְפוּאָה שְׁלֵמָה מִן הַשָׁמַיִם - is the gematria of the word יִשְׂרָאֵל "Israel" = 541. רפואה שלמה מן השמים - if we take every third letter of this phrase, we get a gematria of 611 (Torah), meaning that the Torah was given "from Heaven," and the soul of every individual Jew corresponds to one of its letters. As the holy Zohar states, "Israel and the Torah are one," and herein lies a hint that the healing of Israel comes through the Torah. 2) The sum of the numerical values of the last letters of the phrase - ה ה ן ם - of the phrase רְפוּאָה שְׁלֵמָה מִן הַשָׁמַיִם - "Refuah Shleimah Min HaShamayim" - (a complete recovery from Heaven), we find that their sum = 100. This means that the last letters of this phrase relate to the 100 rectified vessels created from the 100 blessings which, according to David HaMelech, serve as a spiritual shield against illness. The gematria of the word - כלים "vessels" - also = 100. The shield of blessings contained in the phrase "100 blessings every day" is so powerful that this can be seen from the equality of its gematria with the numerical value of the phrase - וישם לך שלום "and He shall grant you peace" - the most essential line of the entire Birkat Kohanim.
