(1) lamnatzeach al-yonat elem rechokim ledavid mikhtam beechoz oto felishtim begat

(2) chaneni elohim ki-sheafani enosh kal-haiom lochem yilchatzeni

(3) shaafu shorrai kal-haiom ki-rabim lochamim li marom

(4) yom ira ani eleikha evtach

(5) belohim ahalel devaro belohim batachti lo ira ma-yaase vasar li

(6) kal-haiom devarai yeatzevu alai kal-machshevotam lara

(7) yaguru tzfn yitzponu hema akevai yishmoru kaasher kiuu nafshi

(8) al-aven palet-lamo beaf amim hored elohim

(9) nodi safarta ata sima dimati venodekha halo besifratekha

(10) az yashuvu oyvai achor beyom ekra ze-yadati ki-elohim li

(11) belohim ahalel davar ba-Ado-nai ahalel davar

(12) belohim batachti lo ira ma-yaase adam li

(13) alai elohim nedareikha ashalem todot lakh

(14) ki hitzalta nafshi mimavet halo raglai midechi lehithalekh lifnei elohim beor hachayim

(6) All the day they trouble mine affairs; All their thoughts are against me for evil.

(7) They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, They mark my steps; According as they have waited for my soul.

(8) Because of iniquity cast them out; In anger bring down the peoples, O God.

(9) Thou has counted my wanderings; Put Thou my tears into Thy bottle; Are they not in Thy book?

(10) Then shall mine enemies turn back in the day that I call; This I know, that God is for me.

(11) In God—I will praise His word— In the LORD—I will praise His word—

(12) In God do I trust, I will not be afraid; What can man do unto me?

(13) Thy vows are upon me, O God; I will render thank-offerings unto Thee.

(14) For thou hast delivered my soul from death; Hast Thou not delivered my feet from stumbling? That I may walk before God in the light of the living?
