The Ben Ish Chai segula from the book "Lashon HaChachamim" (may his merit protect us), for annulling all accusers, performed on the eve of Yom Kippur.
Brought in the name of Rav Mordechai Sharabi (may his merit protect us).
This segula has the power to annul all the sins a person has.
On the 8th or 9th day of the month of Tishrei, one must do the following:
On a clean sheet of paper, write these words, go to a body of water (river, lake, sea) and read them in a whisper:
"Yimachaku, yimachaku, yimachaku kol shitrei chovoteinu,
Yimachu, yimachu, yimachu chataeinu va'avonoteinu ufesha'einu,
Yitbatlu, yitbatlu, yitbatlu kol hamastinim vehamekatregim shena'asu mechataeinu, va'avonoteinu ufesha'einu.
Yihyu kulam beteilim umevatelim, beteilim umevatelim, beteilim umevatelim,
Yevoshu veyikalmu kol hanecherim banu yihyu ke'ayin veyovedu anshei riveinu,
Yihyu ke'ayin ukeefes anshei milchamteinu,
Yihyu shevitin ushevikin la sheririn vela kayamin,
Yistalku veyovedu kol oyveinu vesoneinu,
Tipol aleihem eimata vafachad bigdol zero'acha yidmu ka'aven.
Ka'aven yidmu zero'acha bigdol vafachad eimata aleihem tipol".
(May all the promissory notes of our debts be erased, erased, erased!
May our sins, our iniquities, and our transgressions be erased, erased, erased.
May all the accusers and adversaries created by our sins, iniquities, and transgressions be annulled, annulled, annulled.
May all of them be annulled and made void, annulled and made void, annulled and made void!
May all who oppress us be ashamed and disgraced; may those who quarrel with us be as nothing; may those who war against us be as nothing.
May they be feeble and forsaken, without the support of strength or existence. May all our enemies and haters be swept away and perish.
May terror and great fear fall upon them. By the greatness of Your arm may they be still as a stone. As a stone may they be still by the greatness of Your arm. May great fear and terror fall upon them.)
Then you must immediately wrap this paper around any stone, tie it with a rope, and throw it into the water, as far from the shore as possible, and recite the following text:
Prayer
"Kacha yushlachu veyishtak'u bimtzulot yam kol mekatregim vehamastinim.
Yiplu velo yakumu, yiplu velo yakumu, yiplu velo yakumu,
Tipol aleihem eimata vafachad bigdol zero'acha yidmu ka'aven.
Ka'aven yidmu zero'acha bigdol vafachad eimata aleihem tipol.
Hema karu venaflu, va'anachnu kamnu venit'odad.
Ha-shem hoshia haMelech ya'aneinu beyom kor'einu.
Yihyu leratzon imrei fi veheg'yon libi lefaneicha Ha-shem tzuri veGo'ali".
(So shall all accusers and adversaries be cast down and sink into the depths of the sea.
They shall fall and not rise!
They shall fall and not rise!
They shall fall and not rise!
May terror and great fear fall upon them. By the greatness of Your arm may they be still as a stone. As a stone may they be still by the greatness of Your arm. May great fear and terror fall upon them.
They have bowed down and fallen, but we have arisen and stand firm.
G-d, save us! The King will answer us on the day we call.
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You, G-d, my Rock and my Redeemer.)
Gmar Chatima Tova to all of Klal Yisrael!
