אמר ר' ישמעאל כל האומר בקשה זו בכל יום פניו מזהירות ואימתו מוטלת על הבריות וכל החלומות שלו מהוגנים ותורתו תהיה משתמרת בלבו כל ימי חייו ועונות נעוריו נמחלים לו וינצל מיצה"ר ומלשון הרע ומפגע רע ומחיות רעות ומליסטים ומנחשים ומעקרבים ומרוח רעה ומן השדים ומן המזיקין ומכל האויבים ומכל השונאים אותו וירוויח במשא ומתן שלו:
וכן א"ר ישמעאל אני ור' עקיבא ערבים אני שיהיה לו חלק טוב בעולם הבא כדכתיב: להנחיל אוהבי יש ואוצרותיהם אמלא:
וזאת התפילה צריך לאמרה בכוונה נכונה בכל יום אחר תפילתו וה' יקבל תפילתו אכי"ר.

בְּבָעוֹ מִכֶּם בְּמָטוֹ מִכֶּם מַלְאֲכֵי הַשָׁרֵת הַקְדוֹשִׁים וְהַטְהוֹרִים וְהַמֻפְרָשִׁים בִּנְקִיוּת, שֶׁתַּעֲשוּ חֵן וָחֶסֶד וְרַחֲמִים גְדוֹלִים בִּזְכוּת הַשֵׁם הַגָדוֹל (אכתריא"ל) יוֹשֵׁב תְהִילוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל וּבִזְכוּת שִבְעִים וּשְתַיִם שֵׁמוֹת הַקְדוֹשִׁים וְהַטְהוֹרִים תִּיקְחוּ מַפְתְּחוֹת בִּרְשוּת הקב"ה וְתִפְתְחוּ לִי שַׁעֲרֵי חֵן וָחֶסֶד וְרַחֲמִים וְשַׁעֲרֵי שָׁלוֹם וְשַׁעֲרֵי שַׁלְוָה וְשַׁעֲרֵי חָכְמָה בִּינָה וָדַעַת וְשַׁעֲרֵי עוֹשֶׁר וְכָבוֹד וְשַׁעֲרֵי תְשׁוּבָה וְשַׁעֲרֵי תְשׁוּעָה וְאֶמְצָא חֵן וָחֶסֶד בְּעֵינֵכֶם וּבְעֵינֵי כָל רוֹאַי וְיוֹדְעַי וּמַכִּירַי וְתַצְלִיחוּ אותִי וְתַעַזְרוּ אוֹתִי עַל כָּל עֲסָקַי לְטוֹבָה וּכְשֶׁאֶשְׁכַּב לא אֶפְחַד כְּדִכְתִיב אִם תִשְׁכַּב לא תִפְחָד וְשָׁכַבְתָּ וְעָרְבָה שְׁנָתֶךָ:וְיִהְיוּ חַיַי מְתוּקִים מִדְבַשׁ וְנוֹפֶת צוּפִים וְתִהְיוּ עִמִי לְעֵזֶר וּלְהוֹעִיל וּלְהוֹשִׁיעַ וְלִסְמוֹך כִּתְקוּפַת הַשֶׁמֶש בְּתַמוּז וּכְמְלוּאַת הַלְבָנָה אָמֵן כֵּן יְהִי רָצוֹן
"יְהִי לְרָצוֹן אִמְרֵי פִּי וְהֶגְיוֹן לִבִּי לְפָנֶיךָ יי צוּרִי וְגאֲלִי"
Amar Rabbi Yishmael ben Elisha: "Kol ha'omer bakasha zo be-chol yom panav mazhirot ve eimato mutelet al ha-beriyot, ve-chol ha-chalomot shelo mehuganim, ve-torato tihiyeh mishtameret be-libo kol yemei chayav, ve-avonot ne'urav nimchalim lo, ve-yinatzel mi-yetzer hara, u-milashon hara, u-mipega ra, u-mechayot ra'ot, u-milistim, u-minechashim, u-me'akravim, u-me-ruach ra'ah, u-min ha-shedim, u-min ha-mazikin, u-mikol ha-oyevim, u-mikol ha-son'im oto, ve-yarviach be-masa u-matan shelo. Amar Rabbi Yishmael: 'Ani ve-Rabbi Akiva arevim anu she-yihyeh lo chelek tov ba-Olam ha-ba, ke-dichtiv: le-hanchil ohavai yesh, ve-otzroteihem amale.' Ve-zot ha-tefillah tzarich le-omrah be-kavanah nechonah be-chol yom achar tefillato, ve Hashem yekabel tefillato, Amen ken yehi ratzon. Rabbi Yishmael ben Elisha said: "Anyone who recites this request every day — his face will shine [with holiness], and the fear of him will rest upon all creatures, and all his dreams will be wholesome, and the Torah he studies will be preserved in his heart all the days of his life, and the sins of his youth will be forgiven him, and he will be saved from the evil inclination, from evil speech, from mishaps, from wild beasts, from robbers, from serpents, from scorpions, from an evil spirit, from demons, from destroyers, from all his enemies, and from all who hate him, and his business dealings will prosper. And Rabbi Yishmael also said: 'Rabbi Akiva and I are witnesses that he will have a share in the World to Come, as it is written: "To give an inheritance to those who love Me, I have goodness, and I will fill their treasuries."' And this request must be recited with proper intent every day after prayer, and G-d will accept his prayer; may this be the Almighty's will. Ana Adonai Elohei Yisrael, melech gadol ve-nora, chacham ha-razim, Megaleh nistarot, magid ta'alumot, moshel ba-elyonim ve-shalit ba-tachtonim, karov le-chol kor'av, le-chol asher yikra'uhu be-emet, matzil ani ve-evyon mi-gozlo, peneh el tefilat avdecha ve-el tachanunav ki ani ve-evyon ani. I beseech You, L-rd, G-d of Israel, great and awesome King, Master of mysteries, Revealer of secrets, Teller of hidden things, Who rules over the upper worlds and governs the lower ones, Who is near to all who call upon Him, to everyone who calls upon Him in truth, Who saves the poor and needy from the one who would rob him — heed the prayer of Your servant and his supplications, for I am poor and needy. Yehi ratzon milfanecha, Adonai Eloheinu vElohei Avoteinu, she-tishmereni mikol ra, ki Atah shomer Yisrael, ve-tomar le-tzarotai dai, ve-tifdeni mikol tzarah ve-tzukah, u-mikol shmuah ra'ah, u-mikol bushah u-chlimah, u-mecherpat adam, u-mibizuy am, u-mikol negef, u-mikol mashchit u-magefah u-michshol, u-mipega ra, u-me-ayin hara, u-milashon hara. Ve-tatzileni mi-yetzer hara, u-mikol mashchit u-mazik, u-mikol regazot u-gzerot she-ba-olam, u-mikol chet va-fesha, u-mikol avon ve-ashma va-resha. Amen ken yehi ratzon! May it be Your will, L-rd our G-d and G-d of our fathers, to guard me from all evil, for You are the Guardian of Israel; And say to all my troubles, "Enough!" — redeem me from every trouble and distress, from every evil report, from every shame and disgrace, from human insult and mockery, from every attack, from every destroyer and plague, from every stumbling block, from sudden calamity, from the evil eye, and from evil speech. And save me from the evil inclination, from every destroyer and harmful force, from all decrees in the world, from every sin and transgression, from every wrongdoing, accusation, and wickedness. Ve-kulam ke-rega yovedu, u-ve-agalah u-vizman kariv yikaretu min ha-olam, ve-tashlich eimah va-chasheichah gedolah, ve-tardemah atzumah, u-vehalah ve-shiga'on ve-ivaron, ve-timhon levav al kol oyevai ve-son'ai, ve-al kol tzar u-mastin u-mekatreg alai, ve-al anshei veiti, bein ish bein ishah, bein shed bein mazik, bein ruchin bishin ve-lilin, ke-dichtiv: tipol aleihem eimatah va-fachad, bi-gdol zro'acha yidmu ka-aven, yidmu zro'acha bi-gdol va-fachad, eimatah aleihem tipol. Ve-al kol ha-kamim alai le-ra'ah, mehera hafer atzatam ve-kalkel machshevotam, u-morach'a u-fachdecha yihyu aleihem she-yihyu mashtikim milfanai im yiruni be-ayin ra'ah chalilah. May it be Your will, L-rd our G-d and G-d of our fathers, that You take up my cause against the enemies of my soul by day and against all who accuse my soul by night, and avenge me against them, and shorten their days, and fill their sins with evil. And may they all perish in an instant, so that we merit to see them speedily uprooted from the world; and cast fear and great darkness, deep slumber, panic, madness, blindness, and confusion of heart upon my enemies and those who hate me, and upon every adversary and accuser and denouncer against me and against my household; whether these destroyers be man or woman, demon or spirit, or nocturnal forces that cause harm, as it is written: "Let terror and dread fall upon them; by the greatness of Your arm let them be still as a stone; let them be still by Your great arm, and let terror and dread fall upon them." And as for all who rise against me for evil, swiftly annul their counsel and confound their thoughts; and may Your terror and dread fall upon them so that they are silenced before me, should they look upon me with an evil eye, G-d forbid. Hemah yevoshu va-ani lo evosh, hemah yanusu va-ani lo anus, ke-dichtiv: 'Kumah Adonai ve-yafutzu oyvecha ve-yanusu mesan'echa mipanecha.' Amen ken yehi ratzon! May it be Your will, L-rd our G-d and G-d of our fathers, that their lips be sealed from speaking, their eyes darkened from seeing, their ears deafened from hearing, their loins continually falter, a sword pierce their heart, and their bows be broken. They shall be ashamed, but I shall not be ashamed; they shall flee, but I shall not flee, as it is written: "Arise, L-rd, and let Your enemies be scattered, and let those who hate You flee before You." Amen, so may it be. Yehi ratzon milfanecha Adonai Eloheinu vElohei Avoteinu, she-tashlich eimah va-fachad al ha-beriyot, ve-tigzor aleihem la'asot retzoni ke-nafshi ha-chafetzah u-velevav shalem, ve-kayem banu mikra she-katuv: 'Ve-ra'u kol amei ha-aretz ki Shem Adonai nikra alecha ve-yare'u mimeka,' ve-ne'emar: 'Lo yityatzev ish bifneichem, pachdechem u-mora'achem yiten Adonai Eloheichem al penei kol ha-aretz asher tidrechu vah ka'asher diber lachem.' (Devarim 11:25) Amen ken yehi ratzon! Yehi ratzon milfanecha, Adonai Eloheinu vElohei Avoteinu, Elohei Avraham, Elohei Yitzchak, ve-Elohei Yaakov, she-tiftach libi be-Toratecha, ve-titen li de'ah u-vinah ve-chochmah, u-terachem alai ve-ta'ir einai be-chochmah be-chemlatecha, u-telamdeni midot chochmatecha, u-tevineni devarim amukim be-Toratecha, u-tegaleh razim setumim be-ezratecha, lema'an lo evosh bifnei chachmei amecha ve-lo ekalem be-toch chasidei adatecha, u-teyached kavanat libi va-arichat sefatai, ve-ozreni lilmod u-lelamed, lishmor la'asot u-lekayem et kol divrei talmud Toratecha be-ahavah. Amen ken yehi ratzon. May it be Your will, L-rd our G-d and G-d of our fathers, G-d of Abraham, G-d of Isaac, and G-d of Jacob, to open my heart to Your Torah, and to grant me knowledge, understanding, and wisdom; have compassion on me and enlighten my eyes with wisdom through Your kindness, and teach me the ways of Your wisdom, and grant me understanding of the depths of Your Torah, and reveal to me hidden mysteries through Your help, so that I not be ashamed before the sages of Your people, nor disgraced among the pious of Your congregation; and unify the intent of my heart with the utterance of my lips, and help me to learn and to teach, to observe, to do, and to fulfill all the words of the teaching of Your Torah with love. Amen, may this be Your will! I ask of you, ministering angels, holy and pure, revealed through your purity, grant favor and great kindness and mercy for the sake of the great Name Akatriel, who sits amid the praises of Israel, and for the sake of the 72 (seventy-two) Holy and Pure Names, take the keys with the permission of the Almighty and open for me the gates of favor, goodness, and mercy, the gates of peace, the gates of tranquility, the gates of wisdom, the gates of knowledge, the gates of understanding, the gates of happiness and honor, and the gates of repentance — and may I find favor in your eyes and in the eyes of all who see me, know me, and are acquainted with me; And may success accompany me, and help me in all my affairs for good; and when I lie down to sleep, I shall not fear, as it is written: "When you lie down, you shall not be afraid; you shall lie down, and your sleep shall be sweet."
